Within 48hrs after booking, you will receive an email to confirm all event booking details.
Provide all necessary information to our team for the day of your event.
You will receive a contract that will need to be signed and returned to us by email.
A custom invoice will be designed for you to review, update and pay; a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our booking policy is simple. Select your package, fill out this form and we will be in touch to follow up. After you receive a confirmation email, your Hookahologist™ will be assigned to take care of all the important details of your event. For custom events, an invoice and event contract will be generated - we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Same day service cancellation will receive a 10% refund. In the event that we must cancel due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances caused on our behalf, we will provide a 100% refund as your satisfaction and health are our top priority.
Booking is requried at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. Last minute bookings will be examined on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee that your booking will be confirmed, at time of checkout.
