Within 48hrs after booking, you will receive an email to confirm all event booking details.
You will be asked to confirm all necessary information for our team for the day of your event.
You will receive a contract that will need to be signed and returned to us by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our booking policy is simple. Select your package, fill out this form and we will be in touch to follow up. After you receive a confirmation email, your Hookahologist will be assigned to take care of all the important details of your event. We require 96 hours notice of booking cancellations for a 50% refund. Same day service cancellation will forfeit any refund. In the event that we must cancel due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances caused on our behalf, we will provide a 100% refund as your satisfaction and health are our top priority.
Booking is requried at least 30 days in advance of your event. Last minute bookings will be examined on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee that your booking will be confirmed, at time of checkout.
